I think mine is defective. It loaded for me once and hasn't worked again. At first I thought that it was a problem with my PS3 reading dual layered disks however FF13, Uncharted 3, and Clannad are all dual layered and all function perfectly. So I think it's down to my disk being defective.

Well considering the fact that it's made by a company that's owned by Seca I don't think you'll have too much luck with that.

I wish Sega still made consoles!
Especially because of the stupid ban on AO-rated games by Nintendo, MS, and Sony, which makes the AO rating a de facto ban. However, Sega would probably allow AO games on their consoles.

Mine got stuck the first time and then wouldn't start but after a couple of resets it worked and has been working since, delete any save file or data you have of gt6 and start it again. If it doesn't work I think you might need to change your disk or ask someone for a copy of gt6 to test your ps3.

Sega didn't stand a chance in the console market. Let it go, man. It's a small dream.

Well I was talking about SECA not SEGA, SECA is basically sony. However I agree that I would love to see another dreamcast.

Yes! Mine ran great the first time I played (about 40 minutes), but then froze at the 40 mminute mark. Now, it won't make it through one race!
